PTA – Rope Safety and Basics Basics Basics
January 14 @ 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm
Sunday 1/14 – Safety and basics, basics, basics.
Never done rope before, that’s not a problem we all have to start somewhere so start here.
Step 1, safety 1st, or is it 3rd, well in the top 3 anyway. How to make rope safe so everyone can relax and have a good time.
Step 2, the basics, never tied a rope, no problem. We’ll go over the basics, larks head, the half hitch), the belay hitch, the lock off, the square knot and how to join your ropes. Trust me, it’s easier than you think.
If you don’t own rope that’s not a problem enlightenup’s house rope is available for those who do not have any.
